Looking to Partner with Community Centers, Churches and Libraries

I have been teaching group guitar lessons part-time for Rutland Recreation Dept. since 2002 (Dana Rec Center, Godnick Center).  Before I moved to Vermont, I also taught group guitar lessons for community education programs for towns of Williamston and Holt in Michigan.

I would like to expand into teaching private guitar lessons.  I am looking to partner with local organizations to be a venue to host private guitar lessons for their members and/or local residents.  These lessons would be one day a week, and most likely in the afternoon and/or early evening timeframe.

I am hoping this can be a win-win situation where I would pay a fee or percentage of lesson revenue to the partner organization.

In addition to using space for lessons, I'm hoping your organization would also post flyer to promote the lessons at your location.  Here is a sample guitar lessons flyer (template) that can be customized for your specific location:
